Most orders are shipped via ground service by UPS or FedEx. If you need your order expedited to meet a specific in-hand date, then express air shipping should be used. Most orders, blank or embroidered, take 1 business day to process and ship out, so please add this day to your shipping time. For example 2nd Day Air shipping would take 3 business days to arrive.


Customized Items Returns: Custom order apparel, bags, golf balls, or accessories are not returnable except for cases of errors in the embroidery or warranty defects as determined by the manufacturer.

There are no returns, exchanges, or refunds on customized products after production begins. This includes, but is not limited to embroidered apparel and accessories, screen printed apparel and accessories, customized golf balls, and customized clubs.

Warranty Returns: Items may be returned under product warranty, whether they are customized or blank, if they meet the manufacturer's warranty requirements. Shipping & handling fees will be paid for by the manufacturer. Please contact us at the email or phone number below if you have a warranty return.

Size / Style / Color Returns: Non-customized / blank items may be returned for a refund within 30 days or for a store credit within 60 days if they are in like new condition with packing materials as applicable. Please contact us with the details regarding your return. Please have your order number or customer account number available to expedite this process. Once your return is approved a Return Authorization (RA) number will be assigned to your return and a shipping label will be emailed to you. The cost of the return shipping will be deducted from your refund or store credit. Your refund or store credit will be processed once the returned item(s) have been received and their condition confirmed.
